This is a short notice because this is a small site. It has one form and no tracking, and this page describes exactly that.
What we collect
Only what you type into the contact form: your name, email address, company if you give one, the kind of project, an optional budget range, and your message. Nothing else is collected, and there is no account to create.
What we do with it
We read it and reply to it. We use it to have a conversation about your project and, if we work together, to keep in touch about that work. We do not sell it, rent it, or add you to a marketing list.
Who else sees it
The form is delivered by Formspree, which processes the submission and forwards it to our email. Our email is hosted by a third-party provider. Both of them can technically see the contents of your message, as any mail provider can.
Analytics and cookies
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising, or session-recording scripts. The one thing stored in your browser is your light or dark theme preference, which stays on your device and is never sent anywhere.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Records relating to actual client work are kept for as long as we need them for that work and for our accounting obligations.
Your choices
Email us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. There is no form to fill in and no verification hoop — just ask.
Changes
If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it. There is no version history because there is not much here to version.
